Real Estate Expertise. Senior-Focused Heart.

I help families navigate one of life’s biggest transitions with compassion, clarity, and a game plan that works—because this move isn’t just about selling a house. It’s about making space for what’s next.

Hi, I’m Dale Corpus—Senior Transition Specialist and real estate expert. After more than 24 years in the real estate industry and earning both the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and RCFE Administrator certification, I realized how underserved families are when a loved one needs to move.

Helping seniors transition isn’t just about real estate—it’s about easing emotional stress, honoring family dynamics, and taking care of the heavy lifting so you can focus on your loved one’s well-being.

I founded Simplify Senior Transitions to provide families with flexible solutions: whether that’s selling a home off-market for speed, listing it for top dollar, or getting expert referrals to placement agents, estate attorneys, or senior care professionals.

My Values

A Little More About Me

When I’m not helping families transition or guiding investors through RCFE opportunities, I’m spending time with my wife and our two boys here in San Ramon, where we’ve lived since 2007. I’m a proud Bay Area native—born in San Francisco, raised on the Peninsula, and a graduate of Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

I’ve been in real estate for over 24 years, starting in the mortgage industry in 2001—the same year I earned my California Department of Real Estate salesperson’s license, followed by my broker’s license in 2003. I became a licensed Realtor® in 2009 and have since closed more than 3,000 transactions across both mortgages and real estate. This dual expertise gives me a seasoned, full-spectrum understanding of the industry—covering both the financial and emotional sides of every transaction.

Outside of work, I stay active with Masters swimming, Peloton rides, and hiking local Bay Area trails. One fun fact: I’m also a trained baritone singer.

I believe in living with purpose—and helping others do the same, especially during life’s biggest transition.
